Animation & VFX

For more than 10 years, I’ve worked across the full animation pipeline – from creature performance and previs to final keyframe polish on major productions. As Head of Animation at PIXOMONDO, I manage teams across continents, shape workflows, and support productions with creative and technical leadership.

My work includes titles like House of the Dragon, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, Halo, and The Mandalorian. Beyond the screen, I’m passionate about creating a collaborative environment where artists can do their best work – efficiently, creatively, and with joy.

  • In my role as Head of Animation, I lead the department across multiple projects and locations – setting standards, developing artists, and shaping pipeline strategy.
I collaborate with Production, CG, and Talent Management to ensure our teams are not only staffed properly but also supported long-term through training, mentoring, and structured feedback.

I represent the department in global decisions and help align tools, workflows, and creative practices across shows. My focus is on building strong, sustainable teams and creating an environment where animators can do their best work – at scale.

  • As an Animation Supervisor, I oversee the creative and technical execution of animation on high-end VFX productions.
My role bridges artistic direction and production needs – working closely with the VFX Supervisor, CG Supervisor, and Production team to ensure both performance and efficiency across departments.

I guide the animation team through the entire process – from early blocking to final polish – and provide daily feedback, shot planning, and workflow support. I also act as the main creative point of contact for directors and clients, ensuring their vision is faithfully translated on screen.

  • As a Lead Animator, I act as the link between the animation team and the show’s leadership. I help define the creative approach, maintain consistency across shots, and make sure deadlines are met without compromising quality.

I provide daily feedback, support artists with notes and technical troubleshooting, and collaborate with Production to adjust priorities and planning when needed. I also help onboard new artists and contribute to improving workflows and asset configurations from show to show.

  • As a Previs Lead, I help translate script and storyboard into visual language – defining cinematography, staging, and pacing at an early stage of production.
Working closely with directors, VFX supervisors, and editorial, I lead a team of animators and layout artists to create narrative-driven sequences that inform both creative and technical departments down the line.

My strength lies in balancing visual storytelling with technical awareness – making sure our previs serves both the story and the needs of production and onset planning.

Along the way, I’ve not only led teams remotely but also worked on-site at Leavesden Studios, supporting production during filming and helping bridge the gap between set and post.
